Shipping
We try our best to ship in-stock orders within 24 hours of receipt, during the business week. We ship domestically via USPS. Orders received Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. If orders are placed on a holiday, shipments will go out the next available mailing day. Please allow 7-12 business days for the arrival of your order. Express Shipping is available upon request for an additional charge.
Though we try to update the website daily, a Lolettas representative will contact you in the unlikely event that the item happens to be sold out or on back order.
Returns & Exchanges
Our goal is to provide high quality goods and products. Accordingly, we warrant the goods will meet their specification and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. If purchaser has a valid claim in respect to goods which is based on defect in their quality or condition or their failure to meet specifications, a claim must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of product as determined by freight carrier's proof of delivery. Upon acceptance of claim by our company, an RA# will be issued and goods must be returned within 10 business days as determined by postmark. Returns postmarked after this time will not be honored.
Returns will not be accepted without a pre-approved RA# number and RA# must be clearly marked on the outside of box. Orders returned without a valid RA# will be refused and no credit given.
All Returns must be properly packaged in a hard-side box with suitable cushioning material. Material damaged in return shipping in improper packaging will not be accepted. With the exception of goods damaged upon receipt, customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
All accurately returned products will be credited as either a store credit or a refund to the original purchaser's credit card excluding shipping costs. Please note: depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
ALL SALE ITEMS & SPECIAL ORDERS ARE FINAL.
Because we are not responsible for damages or losses incurred during the return shipping process, we recommend insuring all returns.

Through your usage of the website, you may submit and/or Lolettas may gather and track your page views, how you came to visit the site, and length of time viewing pages. All materials on this website are sold in U.S. dollars. All international customers are responsible for paying in U.S. dollars. If you use the website from outside the United States, you are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable foreign or local laws. Please be aware that by purchasing the Lolettas product from outside the United States, you agree to comply with any related shipping costs, tariffs, or customs fees associated with your international transaction.
